- All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail and require a signature. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required.

PLACING YOUR FIRST ORDER?
Placing an order at ekantikadesigns.co.uk is easy:
- Add an item to your basket by clicking the Add To Basket button.
- Review the contents of your basket by clicking the View Basket button.
- If you want to remove an item, click on the Remove box next to the product description and then click Recalculate.
- When you're ready, click Proceed to Checkout.
- Now register your details and you’ll be given a unique user login and customer number that speeds up your order process and avoids retyping your details later.
- You will then be taken to the first page of the order form. Simply follow the instructions from there.
- When you are ready, click the Order Now button.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email to say that we have received your order.
- You’ll then receive a second email when we dispatch your items.

ORDERING AS A GIFT?
Be sure to include your gift message in the Checkout when prompted. Your recipient will receive the notification of despatch, which does not include information about the price paid. The purchaser will receive the invoice separately through the post.
